2025
events
A sneak peek of the planned Calendar of events for 2025, for the club.
Hopefully you will find all or some of the events a
good reason to get your classic on the road and see a bit of the Scottish countryside.
We are working on other events to
add to this calendar so keep looking at our website for the latest
version of the planned calendar.
Full details and
Regs etc for CCHMSC events will appear closer to the time of each event.
We will also list other club and classic events and shows as we hear about them.
Plenty to choose from for classic motoring.
If you would like to join the Club download the
application form now.

Sneak Peek 2025 Events
Your
committee met recently to agree the club's 2025 event list. We
agreed that the cost of living crisis is still a significant
issue, so for this year your club will continue to subsidise part of the setup
costs of each event, carrying on the agreement made at a previous
AGM to use our bank balance toward making motorsport more affordable,
while maintaining the features, variety and social, that members
asked we incorporate in our events.
We hope this will encourage you to bring out your classic, or modern
car, on the club tours in 2025. |

The Red Hackle Tour - 4 May
Our
opener for the season and tribute tour to the Black Watch. This favourite in the calendar will start
and finish again at the Black Watch Museum Perth. Organisers
Ron & Jan Adam with George Shand have a new route planned, with visits to interesting places on our tour. |
|
Grampian Gallop - 20 July
Some
years since we have explored roads across this region. Start/ Finish at
Pitlochry makes this more accessible for north and north
east members.
Passing places of interest, some to visit and enjoy.

Tour of the Trossachs - 7 September
Starting
in Stirling area our route will travel the roads through the trossachs
country to the north and west. Ideal area for those members
arriving from west and east central belt locations. |
|
Tour of the Borders - 28 September
To finish the touring season we follow the footsteps of Roman
Centurions as they crossed into 'Caledonia' 2000 years ago. Their
presence and routes across the land are scattered across the borders
and our tour will take us along some of these 'streets', passing forts
and other camps. The Romans ventured as far north as Moray, before
being forced to retreat.
